POSITION: Assistant Teacher
Working Hours: From 9:00 to 4:00
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Place of Work: Online and/or Small Study Group locations

REVISED JOB DESCRIPTION BASED ON THE CURRENT SITUATIONS

• Helping Teachers and create lesson plans for online or in person learning (TA should be present in an online class)
• Track student attendance and class schedules, and distribute the list to Front Office and Registrar
• Supervise students in small study and/or online class
• Working with small groups of students to enhance the learning process (small study group or online class)
• To keep kids on task and plan break and lunch time activities (Small study group)
• Assist teachers with various tasks, like grading assignments and informing parents of their children’s progress
• Working closely with Admin Office during this current situation
• Helping with offline or at home learning packages
• Instructing and monitoring students in the use of learning materials and equipment
• Using relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction
• Providing appropriate feedback on work
• Participating in department, school, and parent meetings
• Communicating necessary information regularly to students, colleagues and parents regarding student progress and student needs
• Preparing classroom for class activities.
• Other duties as assigned
