Our Fee Schedule
An Application Processing Fee (non-refundable) of Ks 50,000 / $50 US is payable at the time of submitting a student enrolment form.
On acceptance of an offer of enrolment, a Registration Fee / Building Fund Levy (non-refundable) and a Refundable Deposit / Enrolment Bond equivalent to one month’s fees (refundable on termination of enrolment with statutory notice) are payable to secure placement. In the final term of enrolment – with required notice – this bond will be transferred to the student’s operating account and credited against fees.
The academic year is divided into two semesters (August–December & February–June). Payment of fees twice a year (at the beginning of each semester) is preferred; however, fees may be paid termly or – if paying by direct debit – monthly.
Parents receiving income in foreign currency will need to pay fees in convertible foreign currency (usually USD).
In some circumstances, families may be eligible for concessions or rebates at the discretion of the Principal. A payment plan for the Registration Fee and / or Enrolment Bond may be negotiated where required. (Click on the link below to access the Fee Schedule.)
